The group has a very varied programme of meetings and other activities throughout the year.  New members are welcome.  Visitors will be charged £3.00 per visit.  Subs. are £20.00 per year.

At varying times of the year, the group hold challenges which may have a summer or Christmas theme.  Coach trips are organised to places of interest - such as the quilt show at Malvern in May.  The group support various charities, for which we make and donate quilts for children and adults in need of support and comfort.

Workshops are arranged on a regular basis called 'Do your own thing!' days where you can book a table and work in peace and quiet away from those home distractions.  On occasion, guest tutors teach new tricks and techniques.

Every two years, an exhibition of members' work is held.  Contributions are eagerly anticipated from members - small and large quilts, wall hangings, bed quilts and bags.  A charity quilt is raffled at the exhibition - something that all members can take part in.

The group has a full and comprehensive library which is available to members.  There are also a number of gadgets available for members' use, including a light box, a quilt basting gun, and grids, templates, rotary sharpener, board smoother, irons, ironing boards and extension cables.

The centre is open every Monday night.  Apart from the monthly meeting nights, the other Mondays are used for working on current projects.  Trips to exhibitions are also organised.

Current charges are £20.00 for annual subscriptions, £12.00 for Saturday workshops for members and £15.00 for guests.  There are no charges for members for the workshops etc. on the monthly Monday meeting but guests will be charged £3.00.
